Application
In order for LTHW and chilled water system to be commissioning while staying on line we have developed the Vortek CSF system side-stream filter clean up rig
With flow rates of up to 30m3/hr and filtration grade of 5micron required, our clients need a mobile solution to move from site to site and several locations within one site.
Solution
Combining our knowledge of this sector and extensive knowledge of filtration technology solutions, we were able to design and build a product to meet our clients specific requirements.
Combining our Vortek product onto a special build duplex flushing rig alongside oil absorbent filters, we were able to achieve filtration of suspended solids to 5 micron at a flow rate of 30m3/hr.
This solution provides protection to boiler, LTHW, MTHW and chilled water systems components, reduces running costs and maintenance costs whilst also improving system performance.
